Consolidated Lumber Company (CLC)
CLC is one of the leading and fastest-growing distributors of building products to small and medium-size commercial and residential builders in Minnesota and Wisconsin. CLC recently acquired Johnson and Fullerton Lumber based in Siren, WI and Glencoe, MN. CLC also executed a sale-leaseback transaction with STORE Capital for part of its real estate portfolio. The new additions expand CLC’s geographic reach in each state and will allow the company to continue providing quality products and services for its growing customer base.
Carter-Waters
With the acquisition of CMA Supply, Carter-Waters now operates 19 locations across Missouri, Kansas, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky. Carter-Waters distributes concrete products and construction accessories to professional contractors serving the residential, commercial, and infrastructure sectors. Carter-Waters also maintains an extensive rental inventory of concrete forming and shoring products, operates a custom rebar fabrication facility, manufactures special asphalt product, and provides estimating and detailing services for private and public bid infrastructure lettings.
