Prior to founding Aiglon Capital, Richard was an Operating Partner at Pritzker Group Private Capital, the middle-market private equity investment firm created by Tony and J.B. Pritzker. At Pritzker, Richard led the firm’s operational activities in the Manufactured Products sector. He was responsible for leading acquisitions, business integrations, and driving strategic and operating performance improvement.
During his ten years at the Pritzker Group, Richard was involved in numerous transactions including growth equity investments, leveraged buyouts, divestitures, and financings. Before joining the Pritzker Group, Richard was a Senior Principal at The Keystone Group, a management consulting firm specializing in operational turnaround work for underperforming middle-market manufacturing and distribution businesses. At Keystone, Richard directed a number of highly successful profitability improvement engagements for distressed companies in the transportation, consumer goods, retail, and manufacturing industries. Earlier in his career, Richard was a consultant at Andersen Consulting.
A former U.S. Marine Corps officer who served with the 1st Marine Division, 1st Combat Engineer Battalion, Richard earned his M.B.A. from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and his B.S. in languages and linguistics from Georgetown University. He was a member of the Georgetown University Division I Lacrosse team.
Richard enjoys competing in endurance events, and has raced in many open water swimming, Ironman, and marathon events. He lives in North Carolina with his wife and three children. He serves on the Board of Trustees at the Duke School and on the Board of Directors for the Tewaaraton Foundation a nonprofit organization tasked with fulfilling the mission of the Tewaaraton Award.

Bill served for over 14 years as CFO at Implus Corporation, a multi-branded consumer accessories manufacturer and wholesaler distributing to specialty, sporting goods, food, drug, and other mass retailers worldwide. At Implus, Bill successfully executed and integrated 11 add-on and platform acquisitions for three separate private equity ownership groups. Bill is an active member of his community including past affiliations with the YMCA of the Triangle, United Way, Rotary Club, and American Heart Association.
Jeff is a serial entrepreneur with a diverse background in distribution, real estate, and private equity. In 1983 he purchased The Carter-Waters Corporation, a distributor and fabricator of construction products in the Midwest. As CEO and owner, Jeff expanded the company through acquisitions, new business offerings, and product line additions. He sold Carter-Waters in 2007 to Pritzker Group Private Capital. Jeff is presently on the Board of Directors of Consolidated Lumber Company LLC, Westport Today, Fidelity Security Life Inc., Aeroform LLC, and IBT Inc. He is the past President of the Association of Construction Distributors International, The Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Kansas City, and is the former Chapter Chairman of The Young Presidents Organization of Kansas City.
Jeff partnered with Aiglon in 2017 to pursue healthcare services opportunities. Over the last 10 years Jeff has focused on driving growth of emerging healthcare companies as Advisor and Investor. His portfolio includes Audax Health (acquired by Optum), Privia Health (acquired by Goldman Sachs), MeYou Health (spin out of Healthways, Inc.), Ingenios Health, Co. (acquired by Almost Family, Inc.), Watermark Medical, Inc. (now SleepMed, Inc.), AIM Specialty (acquired by Wellpoint) and Wellness Corp Solut. (sale pending). Previously, Jeff spent more than 10 years in telecom (IBM and Lucent) and consulted to Accel-KKR. Jeff has also served as an Adjunct Professor at Georgetown University and was a part-owner of a professional lacrosse team. He currently serves as Chairman of The Tewaaraton Foundation (since 2011). Jeff earned his BS from Boston College, where he played lacrosse, and MBA from the University of Michigan.
